We can pay staff weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, or monthly. However, if you use money from the council to pay your carers (Direct Payments), you can usually only pay them every four weeks or once a month.
Are my carers entitled to Holiday?
Yes, all employed carers are entitled to 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year – this equates to 28 days per annum for a Carer who works a five-day week, and it includes bank holidays.
We help you by calculating your Carer’s holiday entitlement and show the running total of their remaining holiday on their payslips.How does sick pay work?
Possibly, certain conditions must be met for your carer to qualify for Statutory Sick Pay. The first 7 days must be covered by a self-certificate and a Doctor’s fit note is required thereafter.
My carer is expecting/having a baby now what?
Your carer may qualify for Statutory Maternity/Paternity Pay. Certain conditions must be met for your carer to qualify. Your carer will need to provide a MATB1 Form which she will receive from her Midwife after 20 weeks/or SC3 Form for Paternity. We will then access if they qualifies or needs to claim from the Job Centre.
My Employee only works for a few hours each week, do they need to be added to the payroll?
Yes, all workers need to be processed on a payroll to comply with HMRC regulations.
How do I get more timesheets?
Contact us and we can provide these free of charge.
How will I get my reports?
All reports will be delivered via a secure online portal which you will have 24/7 access to. Other delivery options are available on request.
How do I transfer from another payroll agent?
Payslips will be delivered via a secure online portal which they will have 24/7 access to, including Payslips, Pensions letters, P60’s,P45’s and other communication.
How do I transfer from another payroll agent?
